During this private 2.5-hour session, you'll work with an experienced Headway Coaching professional to evaluate your current business, clarify your vision for 2027, identify growth opportunities, and develop a practical strategy for achieving your goals. Together, we'll focus on: • Evaluating your current business performance and identifying opportunities for growth. • Establishing meaningful personal and professional goals for 2027. • Developing strategies to accelerate business growth and improve productivity. • Identifying your most important quarterly priorities. • Creating an actionable execution plan with clear commitments and accountability. Cancellation Policy
The Strategic Planning Intensive is a private, 2.5-hour virtual planning session designed to help financial advisors develop a clear, actionable business strategy. The investment is $595, with full payment required at booking. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment are permitted. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are nonrefundable. Exceptions may be considered at Headway Coaching's discretion. Zoom meeting details will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please complete any requested preparation materials before your session.
